Technical and Race Preparation Private Session
This is an in-water session focused on a specific aspect of advanced competitive swimming, such as technical swimming, starts, turns, or race execution.
Semi-private sessions are also available.
All in person private/semi-private sessions include video feedback. A full video stroke analysis is also available as an additional expense.
$250 - $350 per hour
Phone/Zoom Consultation
This is a phone or zoom consultation to discuss topics such as swim career planning, navigating college search, motivation and goal setting.
